ingredients:
12lb middle-joint chiken wings
1 cup shaoxing wine
3 tbsp minced garlic
some tapioca starch

marinde :
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp suger
1tsbs soy sauce
princh of pepper

method:
1. rinse and dry chiken wings
marinate with seasoning for 1 nigth
2.drain marinade from chiken wings .
dust with tapioca starch .
bake in pre-heated oven at 200 celcius
until golden on both sides
and take out.
3.heat oil deep fry minced garlic over low heat
until golden and crispy springkle on top of chiken wings ready to serve
